Addicted to Stamps - Photo Inspiration

Hello friends!
Here to share a new challenge up over at
Addicted to Stamps
and we have this awesome photo for inspiration to help make your creation:
I was looking at this and thought there were so many different ways to interpret this photo!
I decided to go in a masculine type of direction with it.  (The clocks really caught my attention.)
So here's what I came up with:
I have used this really cool looking image from Bugaboo called Frame It - One Day at a Time.
(They also happen to be our sponsor for this challenge and were generous to provide the DT with some images to play with!...so be sure to join the challenge for your chance to win!)

I have printed the image from my computer and die cut it from a stitched rectangle die cut.  I have colored it just a bit, but I didn't want to color it too much because I wanted more "white" with it.  I distressed the edges a bit with ink and then I took a diamond border stamp and embossed the bottom portion with clear embossing powder.  I was trying to mimic the table pattern.  I also took some dark pink ink and water loaded on a paint brush and flicked some watercolor dots over top of the card.  I did this to mimic the small spot of pink color in the photo.  Lastly, I took some clear sequins to add randomly over the design as I thought this would mimic the chandelier in the photo.  I've also added some stickles glitter to the center of each one.

I definitely like this card much better IRL! :)  The details show up much better.
So I hope you will come join us and be sure to catch all of the wonderful inspiration from the rest of the design team on the challenge blog!!  Can't wait to see what you come up with!
Thanks so much for dropping in!!
