How's it Growing?

Hello friends!
Are you ready for Spring yet?  I sure am and look forward to it's arrival!
I thought it would be nice to have a touch of that on my blog today as well:
With all of the snow on the ground, I'm ready to start thinking about flowers and planting!
I have decided to pull out these super fun Spring themed products for my design which are from the Clearly Whimsy Stamps collection:  In the Garden - discount Bundle.  (You can purchase each item separately of course, but you get the discount when you purchase the bundle.)

For my card design, I was following a sketch when putting this together. (see below)  I have die cut the watering can with some silver card stock and I've also die cut the fence and grass along the bottom portion of my design.  The flowers were inked up and fussy cut out and popped up over the design with foam tape on both the fence and watering can dies.

I have used the Stitched Border die Trio set to make the stitched lines on the sides of my popped up card panel that has been popped up with some craft foam over an A2 sized vanilla card base.  I've added a blue scalloped border and yellow ribbon in the center of the design and then  I decided to use the water drops and stitched clouds over the vanilla card base panel.
I took some glossy accents and added it over the water drops for some shine.  I also used a Wink of Stella glitter pen to cover the flowers with for a bit of sparkle.

Today is also the start of the February Whimsy Stamps Challenge!
It's a really easy theme of "Anything Goes" so we look forward to seeing your creations!
Be sure to stop by and check out the wonderful inspiration from the team!

Hope you've enjoyed my card today!
Thanks for dropping in!

Adorable!!! Wonderful elements. I'm sure ready for Spring, crazy day today. Got up to 60 degrees and never in Feb in Wisconsin all the snow is gone but the winds are so bad gusting up to 60 mile crazy.
Thanks for the answer on the Wee images got a couple more emails and tried to copy the images they came up wonderfully when I clicked on them but when I checked them they would not open. Finally stop sending them. You have a super week end.

Your garden scene has sparked memories of the garden I had back when I lived in my 'home' city. Where we are now...well, no place for a garden and how I miss it! Seeing your cheery card, though, does lift my spirits! The shimmery watering can and droplets of water...just so clever!

I so love this style, simple, yet detailed, lots of space but a well composed scene, it's a brilliant take on the sketch!
Sorry I'm late visiting, haven't had much time for much internet time this past week, but now I'm here:)

How's it growing? Very well, I'd say, judging from the back yard full of robust weeds! I love pretty gardens with flowers, hanging baskets, rows of sweet smelling blossoms. But they prefer the neighbours yard. But I digress. Your card is prefect for a gardener. And what a darling little watering can you've got there, Vicki.
hugs, Asha
