True Friends are Hard to Find!

Hello there friends!  Hope you are all doing well!
It's been a while since I've last posted, but I'm back to share some creations that I've been working on and there will be something exciting coming your way next week...see below for details!

Today I have tried a "new to me" technique for my card today:
I have used the Whimsy Stamps March release set called Hand Lettered Encouragement on my card today along with the Pierced Border Trio dies to make the wavy cut out in the center of my card front.

So what I've done is stamp the botanical image with dark brown ink and then I stamped over it with a slightly off-centered position with VersaMark ink and embossed it with white embossing powder.  I then took some light brown ink to rub over top of it to make it pop out even more.

The sentiments from the set were curved before stamping to make it fit with the curves from the border cuts.  I also embossed the sentiments with white embossing powder.  I then attached the white pieces over top of the dark brown card base and then added some craft foam to make it pop up over a white A2 sized card base.  I also added some brown colored sequins.

For the exciting up-coming news.....
Here's a special "sneak peek" of what is coming up next week on my blog:
I hope you will be joining me here next week when I will be sharing several brand new clear stamp sets and dies that will be apart of the Whimsy Stamps April Release!!
I just KNOW you will love it!!  :)

Have a great day & thanks for dropping in!
